Aligned to the procurement and setup of a new CAFM system for a number of schools PFI projects, Thomson FM supported Wates FM in respect of the automation of payment mechanism calculations, using direct data extraction procedures from the CAFM solution. The systems and procedures established by Thomson FM substantially reduced the workload associated with monthly payment mechanism reporting from five days to less than two hours per month

Detailed audit of payment mechanism established by others to meet the contractual obligations of an operational schools PFI contract.
