Thomson FM were appointed to review the existing FM service delivery arrangements to the 167 railway stations within their franchise and to provide recommendations for improvements. Our review and development of a revised strategy was presented to and approved by the Board and Thomson FM were subsequently appointed to implement the strategy, including the procurement of an FM Agent function and associated FM service contracts.

Development and implementation of a new FM strategy for UK stores, incorporating the procurement of a new CAFM solution, establishment of a more robust and resilient supply chain and definition and implementation of a range of FM operational procedures, including detailed asset management processes to support the asset data and life cycle cost objectives of Marks & Spencer.
